All customer information submitted with store orders, on-line orders, requests for information, email forms, surveys and so on, is held in strictest confidence. In no way is, or will, this information ever be sold or released.

Purchase information is not maintained on a permanent basis. It is used only for the processing of orders and requests. On-line customers will be added to our email notification service which is maintained in strictest confidence. It is only used to communicate information about Catholic happenings, specials and new products.

Security

For on-Line purchases, we use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to encrypt your information. This means that all your personally identifiable and customer order information is protected during the entire checkout process.

Customers who maintain active accounts with Houston Catholic Books.net may access or edit account information such as their email address, billing address, password, and shipping addresses.

Shipping

We ship by UPS or USPS, at our discretion. Charges are based on order price, weight, packing and handling. We may ship your order in several packages, separating heavy from fragile items.

If in stock, your order ships within 24-48 hours and should arrive in 3-5 business days.

Back-orders usually ship within 5-8 days, arriving 3-5 business days from ship date. You will be notified within 24-48 hours by email if you requested an item on back-order.

Orders placed after 2 pm CST may process on the next business day. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not considered business days.

Sales taxes are only applicable on purchases delivered to addresses in Texas. Additional freight and handling charges may apply on orders to Alaska and Hawaii, and on special orders. You will be contacted by phone or email if additional charges apply.

At this time we are not shipping to international addresses.

In-Store Return Policy

We will exchange or provide an in-store credit within 14 days of an in-store purchase....with your receipt.

Website Return Policy

We sell quality products and ship by quality carriers. Should a product ever arrive damaged, we will exchange it or provide a credit if it is returned to us with your name and address on the box.  To ensure proper processing, please return the item within 14 days of your receiving it, and enclose a copy of your invoice.
